Pick Up & Shipping

I placed an order for local pick up, what's next?

Heads up! Our studio showroom is open to the public by appointment only! Generally orders will be ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will reach out via email or text to set up a pickup appointment that is convenient for you! We are located in the Crane Arts warehouse, 1400 N. American St, Philadelphia PA 19122.

 

How long will it take to ship my order? 

We generally ship all orders within 1-2 business days of purchase. 

 

Will I receive tracking? 

All orders ship with tracking numbers via either USPS or UPS. A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. 

Do packages ship insured?

All orders over $100 are insured!

I need this ASAP, can you express ship this?

Please please please email us before purchase for expedited shipping rates and we will do everything we can to prioritize your order! If an order is placed before discussing expediting, we’ll do our best to help but cannot guarantee expeditious shipping!
