Do you accept returns?

The short answer to that is "no," but the reality is that we never like to see an unhappy customer!

As a small artisan boutique, we specialize in unique, hand-picked items. Each piece requires significant time and effort to acquire, and we carefully inspect, measure, and describe everything as thoroughly as possible to help you make informed decisions.

Unlike large retailers, we cannot absorb the costs associated with returns, which affect our small business and the environment. Those types of companies have multi-million dollar budgets that allow them to offer things like a "take home and try on" return policy that unfortunately we can't compete with, nor do we agree with. We hope people who shop with us appreciate that they are supporting a small, artisan business that offers quality-made merchandise and values the great cost of shipping things around the world!

Should a return still be necessary, please see below for our return policies. A return fee will apply to cover non-refundable credit card fees, labor, and re-listing costs.


Returns

We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have up to 3 days after delivery to request a return. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, as well as forfeiting original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from the total refund.

All returns are refunded in the form of store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you must contact us at hello@shoplaterdudes.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be forfeited and a refund will not be processed. All returns must be postmarked within seven days of delivery.


Refunds

All refunds are given in the form of store credit only. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of store credit within 10 business days. Refunds in the form of store credit expire 6 months from issuance date.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
